ASIC cancels CMH Financial Group’s AFS licence

The Australian Securities and Exchange Commission (ASIC) today revealed it has cancelled the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of CMH Financial Group Pty Ltd (CMHFG).

According to the Aussie regulator’s announcement, CMHFG failed to maintain external dispute resolution membership with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

The watchdog further detailed that CMHFG failed to lodge its profit and loss statements and balance sheets for several financial years, inclduing 2019, 2020, 2021.

ASIC noted that the cancellation of the license took effect on 25 August 2022.

Earlier this year, the regulator  the AFS licence of Dixon Advisory & Superannuation Services Pty Limited, following an appointment of administrators.
