Trade99 appeared yesterday on the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA) list of alerts and warnings.
According to regulator, Trade99 and the website www.trade99.com are not listed on the FSPR. The company is not an incorporated firm in New Zealand.
Individuals from Trade99 have been contacting New Zealand residents with investment offers, withholding client funds and has the hallmarks of a scam.
