Dash hires Brunswick Group's Scott Patrick as CFO

Dash Financial Technologies, the capital markets technology and execution provider, has just announced the addition of Scott Patrick as Chief Financial Officer.

The company has recently added James Doherty as Managing Director, Head of Equity Product and has signed a definitive agreement to acquire eRoom Securities, LLC.

Patrick will be in charge of financial operations and strategic planning for Dash Financial Technologies.

He joins Dash from Brunswick Group, where he served as a Partner, specializing in M&A transactions, IPOs and investor relations matters. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director in the Financial Technology Group at investment bank GCA Advisors, and before that he spent over 10 years at Evercore Partners. He began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he worked for over 12 years.
