FCA warns against binary broker Zola Ltd trading as BinaryOnline

UK financial regulator Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued its latest warning against an unregulated financial services provider targeting UK consumers.

The FCA’s latest warning is against the company Zola Ltd trading as BinaryOnline.

The Canadian securities regulator the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has already added to its Investment Caution List binary broker BinaryOnline at the end of 2016.

Zola Ltd is not authorised by the FCA but has been targeting people in the UK and is also carrying on regulated activities which require authorisation:
