Trading systems integration firm Gold-i and London-based MT4 White Label technology company itexsys today announce the signing of an enhanced partnership agreement.
itexsys started its operations early this year and then chose Gold-i as a partner. This month it has extended the agreement to increase the level of technical support available from Gold-i to all its clients.
Gold-i will now be responsible for all MT4 set up, configurations and ongoing technology support for itexsys’ White Label clients. Gold-i will also run a direct 24 hour technical support line. In addition, the new agreement includes bespoke, tailored client training either on site or via WebEx and client visits by members of the Gold-i team to discuss updates and business support.

According to Simon Blackledge, itexsys is registering growing demand for its offering across the globe, particularly in emerging markets in Asia and Africa.
