Deutsche Börse has welcomed logistics investor to Prime Standard / Placement volume of €17.8 million
Aves One AG (ISIN: DE000A168114) was listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today, the Deutsche Boerse website announced. The placement volume via a capital increase amounted to around €17.8 million, and the issue price was €6.00.
Quirin Bank has arranged the listing. Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers is the designated sponsor for Xetra trading and Steubing the specialist on Börse Frankfurt.
According to the company’s own sources, Aves One AG, headquartered in Hamburg, is an active asset owner of logistics equipment focussing on the following business areas: rail, container, resale and special equipment.
