Options adds more APAC clients to its Managed Colocation service

Private financial cloud provider for the global capital markets industry, Options, has opened a brand new office in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The new headquarters, based in Linen Loft, Adelaide Street, will consist of 100 new financial technology jobs. Options has already opened one Belfast office back in 2014.

Options’ Chief Operating Officer, Danny Moore, former COO of NYSE Technologies and Chief Executive Officer of Belfast and New York-based trading technology firm Wombat Financial Software commented:

As well as providing greater opportunity for Belfast’s dynamic and highly educated workforce, the growth of our Belfast operations will help deliver critical support, sophisticated engineering and secure managed services to Options’ global client base. We are delighted to be part of Belfast’s rapidly expanding financial technology hub and are confident that the breadth of local talent, both technical and non-technical, will ensure our new headquarters, state of the art training facilities and technology resources are an integral part of our mission to transform the sector.
