Tokyo Financial Exchange (TFX) has just announced that the board of directors decided today the following change of President & CEO.
The current President & CEO Shozo Ohta has resigned. The name of the new one is Nobuyuki Kinoshita, whose previous position was an Aflac Life Insurance Japan Ltd. Senior Adviser.
This change is subject to the final approval at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2018 and the board of directors’ meeting to be held thereafter.
