Plus500 purchases shares as part of its buyback programme

Plus500, international Contracts for Difference (CFDs) provider, announced its latest volume of purchased shares on 28 February as part of its buyback programme announced on 12th February. The purchases are done through Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each purchased: 33,400
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 881.40
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 911.40
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp): 897.77

 

The repurchased shares will be held in a treasury. After this repurchase, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 107,760,438 (excluding treasury shares). The company will hold total of 127,939 ordinary shares in treasury. Thus, the total amount of voting rights in Plus500 will be 107,760,438. The number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
