Admiral Markets launches a new stock investment offering via MetaTrader 5

FCA regulated Retail FX and CFDs broker Admiral Markets has just announced the launch of new Admiral.Invest accounts on MetaTrader 5.

Stock investors and traders can now access the stocks of 265 largest companies from the US, the UK and the EU. Furthermore, Admiral Markets is aiming to add substantially more equity offerings in the upcoming months to expand portfolio investing possibilities for their clients.

The broker believes that the launch of Admiral.Invest is a specific shift towards the promotion of MetaTrader 5, which is a more powerful and enhanced version of MetaTrader 4. The new account type supporting stock trading has been exclusively developed for the MetaTrader 5 platform. The three key points of the new offering are as follows:

  • No leverage: real stock trading 1:1
  • No short trading: profit only in rising markets
  • Long term investment possibilities: dividends received can be used as a savings fund

Jens Chrzanowski, Member of the Management Board of Admiral Markets Group AS commented:

More and more clients are moving toward diversification of their trading activities. Now we’ve taken the next big step by also offering traditional-style investments in real stocks. As usual with stocks, traders are able to hold them long-term and can earn dividends from them. Sometimes, leveraged trading makes sense, while traditional investment may better suit other occasions.

The best bit is that all options can be handled from one source via the MetaTrader 5 platform. Our new account type, Admiral.Invest, allows easy internal transfers in just a few seconds, instant access to many global stock markets and simple chart analysis, all within the universally recognizable MetaTrader interface.
