Initial price: €30.00 / Investors take advantage of subscription on the exchange
Voltabox AG (ISIN: DE000A2E4LE9) was listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse announced. A total of around 22 million shares were admitted to trading. The initial listing price was €30.00.
The issue’s lead managers and designated sponsors for Xetra trading were Bankhaus Lampe and Hauck & Aufhäuser. ICF Bank served as specialist on Börse Frankfurt.
DirectPlace also provided its support in the share subscription. Shares totalling €15.5 million were subscribed via this new subscription function offered by Deutsche Börse.
According to company information, Voltabox AG is a system provider for e-mobility in industrial applications. Its core business consists of manufacturing safe, high-quality advanced lithium-ion battery systems in modular and serial production. The systems are used in buses for public transport, forklifts, automated guided vehicles and mining vehicles. The parent company paragon AG is already listed in the Prime Standard and is expected to remain the majority shareholder for the long term.
