Binary options platform provider Tradesmarter has added a new notification feature which is available on the back office CRM and Compliance tabs.
Alert meeting reminders enables users to receive notification pop-ups for upcoming events and in order to keep up with appointments that have been set in the “contact on” section.
Customer retention is of increasing concern to many FX and binary options firms as the cost of client acquisition continues to increase, therefore Tradesmarter’s new feature allows users to be reminded of events well in advance.
