Binary options technology provider TechFinancials has appointed Shahaf Tzaig as Operations Manager.
Mr. Tzaig joins the firm with substantial experience in technical project management, with his penultimate position having been at global telecommunications provider AT&T where he held the position of Senior Project Manager, responsible for the planning and deployment of complex IT projects, end to end release management and delivery management including: content definition, ongoing status, handle delays, risk management and delivery preparation and planning.
Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Tzaig held the position of Release Manager, Projects Team Leader and Head of Support at AOL, where he was responsible for release management for a series of company products using .Net, IIS, JS, CSS, as well as management of the projects team, where he directed project managers to initiate, plan, execute and close their projects.
In this capacity, the structure comprised of two teams: Tier 1 in New York and Tier 2/3 in Israel. Mr. Tzaig’s remit included rebuilding the group, defining the support processes, as well as implementation of the sales force CRM as a case management tool.
Six years at infrastructure provider Sungard preceded Mr. Tzaig’s tenure at telecommunications firm ECI Telecom, from which he joined AOL.
Mr. Tzaig holds an MBA masters degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
