The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that, on March 15, 2016, the company providing administrative services Navicorp Trust (Cyprus) Limited, waived its authorization pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012.
Therefore, the authorization with Νumber 28/196 lapsed as from the aforementioned date and CySEC has permanently deleted Navicorp Trust (Cyprus) Limited, from the Register.
Navicorp Trust (Cyprus) Limited will remain under the supervision of the CySEC until its compliance with any of its outstanding obligations.
