The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that, on June 1, 2016, the company providing administrative services JIB Offshore Solutions Ltd, waived its authorization pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012.
Therefore, the authorization with Νumber 28/196 lapsed as from the aforementioned date and CySEC has permanently deleted JIB Offshore Solutions Ltd, from the Register.
JIB Offshore Solutions Ltd will remain under the supervision of the CySEC until its compliance with any of its outstanding obligations.
