CMC Markets, UK based and FCA regulated leading provider in spread betting and CFDs has announced its continued support of the current Super Rugby champions, the NSW Waratahs, through an upgraded two-year sponsorship package.
Following a highly successful first year partnership, in its signature 25th anniversary year the CMC Markets logo will appear on the sleeve of the new-look 2015 NSW Waratahs home and away jerseys.
Welcoming the new two-year partnership, Matt Lewis, Head of CMC Markets Asia Pacific, said: “We are thrilled to continue our long-term support for the NSW Waratahs, one of Australia’s most iconic sporting teams and brands. We’ve worked closely with the Waratahs team and management over the past year, and as we collectively look to expand our relationship in 2015, this new agreement will only serve to cement the fantastic partnership that exists between the two brands.”
“CMC Markets has one of the strongest pedigrees in the financial service industry thanks to a combination of innovative trading technology and service excellence. The new two-year Super Rugby partnership adds to that winning combination, as the NSW Waratahs name is steeped in history, synonymous with success, and a consistent strive for excellence,” added Lewis.
CEO of the NSW Waratahs, Jason Allen, said: “We are delighted to progress our relationship with CMC Markets for the 2015 Super Rugby season. The CMC Markets brand is a perfect fit with the culture and values of the NSW Waratahs.”
“To gain further commitment of an international blue chip company of the calibre of CMC Markets really demonstrates the success NSW Waratahs has achieved over the past seasons, and it is a great outcome for rugby in NSW,” added Allen.
The 2015 NSW Waratahs home jersey will be worn in the first game of the Super Rugby season at Allianz Stadium on February 15th against WA’s Western Force.
