Deutsche Börse welcomes J.P. Morgan Asset Management as new ETF issuer

Exchange traded funds issued by J.P. Morgan Asset Management have been tradable on Xetra and the Börse Frankfurt venue for the first time since Tuesday. At the start of trading, the product range comprises two bond index ETFs and three active ETFs, which enable investments in selected alternative beta strategies.

German investors will now be able to invest in the established and recognised investment expertise of J.P. The two bond index ETFs enable investors to participate in the performance of euro-denominated government bonds from the euro zone and US dollar-denominated bonds issued in various emerging markets.

The three new active ETFs provide investors with access to active investment strategies with equities, bonds and futures. The “JPM USD Ultra-Short Income UCITS ETF” invests in US dollar-denominated short-term fixed and floating-rate investment grade bonds. The “JPM Managed Futures UCITS ETF” uses derivative financial instruments on global stock, bond, currency and commodity markets for its investment strategy. The “JPM Equity Long-Short UCITS ETF” is based on a portfolio of long and short positions on global equities.
