The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published one more warning regarding an investment firm that is not authorized to offer financial services in the UK but nevertheless does so.
The regulator is warning that SMP Forex, a company offering a raft of Forex services, is targeting UK investors, without having the necessary regulatory permission. The broker gives an address in Glasgow and states on its website that it is “licensed in the FSA”.
The FCA advises the public to be especially wary of dealing with this unauthorized firm.
