The value of video: Recently launched STIG Trader launches webinars

One month after launching its MT4 compatible trade management software, STIG Trader releases a series of webinars

In the late 1970s, British new wave music group The Buggles gained notoriety by asserting that Video Killed The Radio Star. Now, thirty five years on, video is gaining prominence over not just the airwaves, but also written text.

London-based STIG Trader is the latest to adopt this line of thinking, as today the provider of MetaTrader 4-based trade management software has launched a series of webinars which will take place commencing April 30 at 16.00 UK time.

Since its launch at the end of March, STIG Trader has reported that it has generated a lot of interest among retail FX Traders.

The functionality of the software is that it integrates with the latest version of MetaTrader 4 and simplifies the many challenges of the manual Forex trader as well as integrating with fully- or semi-automated trading systems.

The webinars are designed to demonstrate how various functionality works for different trading strategies and will give traders the opportunity to see how it can work for them.

Some innovative firms have made great steps toward providing high quality video information for FX traders over recent times, including FX stalwarts such as Dukascopy, Saxo Bank and now IG Markets all of which have their own specialist TV channels, indicating that if firms are prepared to invest substantially in video based media, it could well be that broadcasting via the internet will pave the way of the FX industry’s future.
