Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has earlier today added another company to its warning list. The latest addition is UK Options, which offers binary options trading services via https://ukoptions.com.
By placing the company on the Warning List, the watchdog is highlighting the lack of authorisation of this broker. FINMA also notes that UK Options’ name does not feature in the commercial register.
This is not the first time that UK Options attracts the attention of financial regulators. Earlier this year, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) issued a warning regarding this broker, saying it is not authorized to offer investment services to British Columbia residents.
