SpotOption starts collaboration with CPattern for retention automation

CPattern, provider of real time trading behaviour analytics, and SpotOption, binary options platform provider have announced today that they have entered into a collaboration, where SpotOption will officially distribute CPattern’s Account Monitoring & control system (AMC) to  its clients.

The AMC system scans the trading data in real time to seek account behaviour that requires retention managers’ attention. This way brokers can easily make sure no accounts fall between the cracks and engage with their clients proactively. In 2014 the system demonstrated to help brokers increase redeposit rates when tested across several leading brands. Results showed a dramatic increase in trading volume and Life time Value.

“This is a very big opportunity for us to deliver our solutions to brokers in a scalable way” said Oded Shefer, CEO of CPattern, ”I would like to thank SpotOption for recognizing the potential and giving us this opportunity”.

Spokesperson of SpotOption replied: “CPattern’s technology makes a difference for our clients and we think every broker should have the AMC to make sure his retention is optimized”.

CPattern was founded in 2009 and provides Forex and Binary Options brokers a series of  front end and back end services to automate retention work. Its services (e.g., Guardian Angel), had shown to increase trading volumes, and it focuses on solutions that make retention work data driven and systematic.
