North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (Nadex), part of IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG), has submitted a notice to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) over its plans to launch a “Free Trading Incentive Program”.
The program will remove trading and settlement fees for all individuals and entities that become Nadex Members on or after the effective date of the program, for a determined period of time directly correlating to the amount of funds a member initially deposits into their trading account.
The Program will be effective no earlier than September 16, 2015, with the particular launch date yet to be announced. Nadex plans that the Program will run for an indefinite period of time.
The CFTC now has 10 days to review the submission and to have its say.
