Myfxbook upgrades charts from Flash to HTML5

Automated analytical tool for FX trading Myfxbook has today announced an upgrade to the charts used in the company’s website.

The company has stated on its blog that whilst the changes appear ergonomically subtle, an intentional part of the upgrade, during the past few weeks the company has been replacing the charts in each section and the changes are major:

– The charts are no longer Flash based but HTML5, meaning they load several times faster.

– Unlike the Flash charts, the new charts are fully printable.

– Traders can hover over the chart and see a floating tooltip without needing to point to the exact data point, as depicted here:

Additionally, traders can now zoom-in into a chart and finally see what is occurring without performing custom analysis, as depicted here:
