London Capital Group Holdings plc (LON:LCG) has announced that the Company’s senior independent non-executive director, Rebecca Fuller, will be leaving the board with effect from February 1, 2017.
Charles Poncet, non-executive Chairman, commented:
I would like to thank Rebecca for her valuable contribution to London Capital Group over the last couple of years. Her other business interests are now starting to take up more time hence her decision to step down from the board. I wish her well for the future.
Rebecca Fuller has been a director of LCG since January 2015, also acting as Chair of the board’s Audit & Risk Committee. She also sits on the board of BATS/Chi-X Europe. A lawyer by profession who began her career with Clifford Chance, Ms Fuller spent nine years as General Counsel & Head of Compliance for Citadel Europe.
