GMO Click Holdings Inc (TYO:7177), the parent of Japanese Forex broker GMO Click Securities, today posted its final metrics for the third quarter of its fiscal year to March 31, 2016, with the company also issuing a dividend forecast for the three-month period to December 31, 2015.
GMO Click declares cash dividend of ¥5.34 ($0.04503) per share for the third quarter of the fiscal year. The payout is in tune with the policy of the company to pay 40% of its net income in the form of dividends. The dividend has yet to be approved by GMO’s Board of Directors at a meeting in February.
The dividend for the third quarter compares with dividends of ¥5.60 and ¥6.38 per share for the second and the first quarter of fiscal year 2016, respectively.
