GMO Click Holdings Inc (TYO:7177), the parent of Japanese online trading giant GMO Click Securities, today published its key financial metrics for April 2016, with revenues showing a decent rise from March 2016Â levels but failing to match results registered in April 2015.
GMO Click registered operating revenues of JPY 2.41 billion ($22.11 million) in April 2016, up 15.9% from the reading of JPY 2.08 billion registered in March 2016.
In annual terms, the comparison was not that rosy, as the April 2016 result was down 12.4% from the result of JPY 2.75 billion reported in April 2015.
During the 12 months to March 31, 2016, GMO Click’s operating revenues amounted to JPY 29.02 billion, up 16.3% from the result of JPY 24.96 billion reported in the preceding fiscal year.
