The International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) has notified that an entity calling itself Global Trade Markets Ltd. is fraudulently claiming to hold a trading in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities licence issued by the IFSC.
IFSC confirmed that Global Trade Markets Ltd. is not licensed by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize or any other competent authority in Belize to engage in any type of trading business.
The Licence No. IFSC/60/259/TS/15 carrying its name and purporting to be signed by Mr. Gian C. Gandhi, the former Director General of International Financial Services Commission of Belize is a complete forgery.
