Belize financial regulator IFSC has just issued a Warning Notice regarding a company called Gann Markets Corp.
The new entity is a Belize Company incorporated under the International Business Companies Act (IBC), Chapter 270 of the Laws of Belize.
According to the regulator, Gann Markets Corp. is NOT authorised to hold itself out as providing any of the international financial services as set out in the Schedule of the IFSC Act in or from within Belize.
IFSC has reminded the public to exercise caution and conduct proper due diligence, prior to engaging in a business relationship with these entities.
