Retail Forex broker Alpari Limited keeps streamlining its offering, with the latest changes to affect the lineup of account types available to its clients.
Effective March 28, 2016, the broker will no longer support demo.nano.mt4 accounts. The broker will delete all open accounts of this type.
The Alpari nano accounts for the MT4 platform have USD cents (or EUR cents) as their deposit currency. The maximum leverage is at 1:500, with traders given the ability to trade 51 currency pairs and two spot metals. Nano accounts are considered particularly suitable for newbies in the FX market.
Earlier this month, Alpari said it will close positions with five currency pairs: AUD/SGD; CHF/SGD; HKD/JPY; SGD/JPY; USD/HKD. The positions were moved to “Close Only” mode on March 21, 2016. The company will close all such positions left open on March 31, 2016.
