The Luxembourg regulator Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has just issued a warning against the activities of an entity named Rainforth, which claims to be established at 28 boulevard d’Avranches, 3rd floor, office 6-8, L-1160 Luxembourg.
The company is operating via the website www.rainforth.net.
The CSSF informed the public that an entity named Rainforth is unknown to it and that the entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
