The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has just warned the public of the activities of an entity named Alysa Group and/or Alysa Finance Holding SA.
Alysa Group and/or Alysa Finance Holding SA, Société de Gestion de Patrimoine Familial SPF is operating via the website www.alysa-group.com and claims to be supervised by the CSSF.
The regulator, however, informs that the entity presented as Alysa Group and/or Alysa Finance Holding SA, Société de Gestion de Patrimoine Familial SPF is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or form Luxembourg.
The CSSF has added that the company incorporated under Luxembourg law, Alysa Finance Holding S.A.-SPF, which ceased its activities on 13 August 2019 is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
