Akamai hit by SEC for bribing Chinese officials

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today announced non-prosecution agreements (NPAs) with two unrelated companies that will forfeit ill-gotten gains connected to bribes paid to Chinese officials by foreign subsidiaries.
