Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:IBKR), one of the leading providers of online trading services in the United States, has released an Apple Watch application that will be helpful for users of its TWS platform.
The application, which still has limited capabilities, becomes available along Version 8.14 of the IB TWS application for iPhone. This was officially released on Monday – March 7, 2016.
Clients of Interactive Brokers who have an Apple watch can now view Account summaries without pulling out their iPhone. Thus, the broker simplifies access to up-to-date information.
IB TWS is an intuitive and ergonomic mobile trading platform. It enables traders to monitor market activity and trade with real-time quotes, charts, and market scanners. Both standard order types and complex option spreads are supported.
Interactive Brokers joins a growing list of Forex brokers that have launched Apple Watch apps, such as IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG)Â and Swissquote Group Holding SA (SWX:SQN).
