Charles-Henri Sabet buys $330,000 LCG shares, LCG buys equal amount to place in Treasury
Upon settlement of the transaction, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 55,800,908 ordinary shares, as LCG will place the shares in the Treasury, whilst Charles-Henri Sabet increases his stake to 1,650,000 shares representing 3% of total voting rights
