Kraken acquires Crypto Facilities, its largest deal to date
The digital asset exchange Kraken has just announced that it has acquired the regulated cryptocurrency trading platform and index provider Crypto Facilities. Crypto Facilities is London-based and is the first FCA regulated entity to list futures on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple XRP, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash.
