Spain’s securities commission CNMV today updated its list of public warnings, adding Forex firm BelforFX.
BelforFX claims it has several addresses: in Bulgaria, in the Seychelles and in Anguilla.
The company is operating via www.belforfx.com, with the Spanish regulator mentioning one more website in the warning – www.isocialfx.com. The latter belongs to a social trading network associated with BelforFX.
The regulator notes that BelforFX and iSocialFX are not authorized to provide any investment services, including Forex transactions, in Spain.
This is the first update that CNMV has made to its list of public warnings for more than a month. The regulator did not publish a single warning in March 2016. It was quite active in February, however. Amid the companies warned against back then is binary options broker Empireoption.com.
