Phil Horner, a prominent FX industry figure in Australia, has joined Pepperstone as General Manager.
Mr. Horner spent 6 years at AxiTrader, where he commenced his tenure as a Senior Sales Trader in 2009 before becoming Head of Derivative Sales Trading one year later.
After two years in that capacity, Mr. Horner moved on to become Sales & Marketing Manager, until his departure from the firm in January 2015.
Mr. Horner was educated at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, where he graduated in 2007 with a BBA in Business Administration and Management.
