Provider of payment solutions Paysafe Group Plc (LON:PAYS), formerly known as Optimal Payments, has announced that it will be included as a constituent in the FTSE 250 Index later this month.
The inclusion, officially unveiled by FTSE Russell on Wednesday, will be effective from the start of trading on March 21, 2016.
In December last year, Paysafe was admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
Paysafe President and Chief Executive Officer Joel Leonoff comments:
“Joining the FTSE 250 Index is another notable milestone in our journey and a testament to the ongoing progress being made by the Group. As we continue to deliver against our business objectives, we have evolved into a leading player in our industry. We look forward to broadening our investor base and welcoming new shareholders to Paysafe.”
