Non-exec director Charles Fairbairn buys 69,747 shares in Plus500

Forex and CFD broker Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS) has just reported one more transaction in its shares.

On Tuesday, November 24, 2015, Mr. Charles Fairbairn, a non-executive director of Plus500, purchased 69,747 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the broker at a price of 349.3 pence per share. In addition, his wife – Susan Fairbairn, purchased 4,392 Ordinary Shares at a price of 349.0 pence per share.

After the transaction, Mr. Charles Fairbairn has a direct and indirect interest in 249,000 ordinary shares representing about 0.22% of Plus500’s issued share capital.

Mr. Fairbairn purchased shares in Plus500 on the same day as another of the broker’s non-executive directors – Daniel King, bought shares in the company. Both transactions are reported shortly after the proposed acquisition of Plus500 by Playtech PLC (LON:PTEC) was called off.

One share in Plus500 traded per 366p at market close on November 24, 2015.
