New Zealand’s regulator warns against unregistered Forex broker DGMFX

About two weeks after New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA) warned against unregistered Forex broker NoaFX/Capital Market Investments, the regulator issues a similar warning – this time against DGM Service Markets Limited.

The list, which includes the names of businesses marketing financial services to New Zealanders without being registered, now includes DGM Service Markets Limited aka DGMFX, operating via www.dgmfx.com.

The FMA is concerned that the website of the broker claims the company is an FSP-registered futures agent and is entitled to hold client funds. The FMA notes that DGM Financial Services Limited was deregistered from the Financial Service Providers Register on November 7, 2014 and the company is not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand.
