KCG reports 27% MoM rise in November dollar volume traded

KCG Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KCG) has just released its trade volumes for the month of November 2016.

In Market Making, KCG averaged $32.8 billion dollar volume traded, which is exactly 26.64% more than October’s $25.9 billion, also 6.7 billion shares traded, and 3.9 million trades per day in U.S. equities.

In Global Execution Services:

  • KCG Institutional Equities averaged 267.2 million U.S. equity shares traded per day
  • KCG BondPoint averaged $201.1 million fixed income par value traded per day

As for the overall market conditions in November, consolidated U.S. equity volume averaged $318.5 billion in dollar volume and 8.1 billion shares traded per day.

The realized volatility for the S&P 500 was 10.8.

In November there were 20.5 trading days in U.S. equities and 19.5 in fixed income.
