EBS BrokerTec, the electronic foreign exchange (FX) and fixed income business of ICAP plc (LON:IAP), today announced the appointment of Tim Cartledge as its Chief Strategy Officer. The appointment comes into effect immediately.
Mr Cartledge, who will be based in London, will report to Gil Mandelzis, CEO. He will join both the EBS BrokerTec Executive Management Team and the ICAP Global Executive Management Group.
Prior to joining ICAP, Mr Cartledge served at Barclays Bank as Head of Global Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Electronic Trading from 2014 until May 2015. Having completed the integration of both businesses, we have laid the foundations for the next stage in our growth and development. We are thrilled that Tim has agreed to join EBS BrokerTec and help us take our electronic fixed income and FX offering to the next level.”
Tim Cartledge, Chief Strategy Officer, EBS BrokerTec, said:
