Leading Forex ECN ICAP reported that FX volumes on its EBS platform increased during February to $126.7 billion daily, up 9% from January but down 9% from February last year. The $126.7 billion figure is still well below 2011’s average of $159 billion, as global FX trading volumes remain depressed.
