Deutsche Börse welcomes Uniper SE IPO on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Uniper SE (ISIN: DE000UNSE018) has been listed in the Prime Standard at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since September 12, 2016. A total of about 366 million shares were placed in the IPO. The total issue volume was approximately €3.7 billion. The initial listing price was €10.015.

Listing Agents were J.P. Morgan und Morgan Stanley. Designated Sponsor on Xetra is Morgan Stanley, while Baader Bank takes the role of the specialist at Börse Frankfurt.
