UK online Forex, CFD and spreadbetting broker CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) today announces its admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
CMC Markets’ ordinary share capital consisting of 287,923,211 ordinary shares has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities under the ticker “CMCX”.
The start of unconditional dealings in CMC ordinary shares follows the announcement of the Offer Price on February 5, 2016 at 240 pence per ordinary share. In the first full day of trading of CMC Markets’ shares on Monday, nearly 4 million of its shares changed hands.
