Just a week and a half after purchasing a personal 1,650,000 share stake in the company he already controls, Charles-Henri Sabet has turned around and sold 200,000 of those shares of London Capital Group Holdings plc (LON:LCG). The price of both purchase and sale were identical, at 33 pence per share.
Sabet’s personal LCG stake is now down to 2.6%.
Sabet and his investor group GLIO Holdings Ltd bought effective control of LCG this summer in a £17 million investment which was approved by LCG shareholders.
