Bitcoin and Forex investment firm Xmaxbit showing forged corporate documents: IFSC

Belize financial regulator International Financial Services Commission (IFSC) has issued a warning against Forex and Bitcoin investment company Xmaxbit, operating from website

It has come to the notice of the IFSC that Xmaxbit is falsely and fraudulently claiming to be an International Business Company registered in Belize.

The IFSC warns that the Certificate of Incorporation No. 804124 carrying its name and purporting to be an International Business Company incorporated in Belize, which is posted on Xmaxbit’s website, is a complete forgery.

The IFSC notes that this entity is not licensed or regulated by the International Financial Services Commission or any other competent authority in Belize to conduct any type of trading business.

All persons concerned are warned to take note and exercise extreme caution, according to the IFSC.
