The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has just updated its Warning List, which contains the names of individuals and companies which are engaging in activities that may pose a risk to investors.
The latest addition to the Warning List is binary options broker Bloombex-Options, operating from www.bloombex-options.com. The warning was technically issued to both Bloombex Ltd., and to Pilpel Capital Ltd., which operate Bloombex-Options. The company’s offices were listed by the OSC as 20 – 22 Wenlock Road, London, N17GU United Kingdom.
According to the OSC, Bloombex is not registered in Ontario, Canada to engage in the business of trading in securities or advising anyone with respect to investing in, buying or selling securities.
The OSC notice follows similar warnings against Bloombex issued by other national financial regulators in Europe, namely Cyprus’ CySEC, Italy’s Consob and Switzerland’s FINMA, as previously reported at LeapRate.
