Belize financial regulator the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) has issued a warning against Krish Venture Ltd./Krish Ventur Ltd.
According to the IFSC, Krish Venture Ltd. is fraudulently claiming to hold a certificate of good standing issued by the International Business Companies Registry of Belize.
The Certificate of Good Standing No.03478782 carrying its name and purporting to be signed by Ms. Katherine Haylock, the former Deputy Registrar of the International Business Companies Registry, is a complete forgery.
The IFSC warns with regards to this to take note and exercise extreme caution.
