The International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) has earlier today issued a warning against ATS Markets, a Forex firm falsely claiming to be regulated by the watchdog.
The website of the FX firm in question, https://ats-markets.com/, says that “ATS Markets is a trading name of ATS Markets Global Ltd, registered in Belize”. The regulator notes that this claim is false and that the Certificate of Incorporation posted on ATS Markets’ website is a complete forgery.
This entity is not licensed by the IFSC or any other competent authority in Belize to conduct any type of trading business, the regulator adds. It warns investors to exercise extreme caution regarding this broker.
